BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY A 25% non-refundable retainer reserves hair services and applies toward your total. Color consultations are $50, paid in full at booking. This covers assessment, planning, and any strand testing performed. It is not credited toward future services. RESCHEDULING With 48+ hours’ notice, your hair-service retainer may transfer once to an appointment within 30 days of the original date. If studio availability prevents this, another date will be arranged. HAIR-SERVICE CANCELLATIONS • 48+ hours: Retainer forfeited; no additional charge. • 24–under 48 hours: 50% of the service total. • Under 24 hours or no-show: 75% of the service total. Notice is measured from your appointment start time. Your retainer counts toward these charges, not in addition. Cancellation charges do not pay for a future visit. LATE ARRIVALS Contact the studio if running late. No separate late fee applies. Sharel may offer a shorter or alternative service if time allows without compromising results or delaying another guest. Service and price changes require your agreement before starting. For a modified visit, pay for the service performed with your retainer applied; no cancellation charge is added. Deferred services are booked and paid separately. More than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling if you cannot be accommodated. The 75% cancellation charge then applies, including your retainer. STUDIO CHANGES If Sharel cancels, choose a refund or payment transfer. Services may be modified or postponed to protect hair integrity. Changes are discussed before proceeding. Exceptions require Sharel’s confirmation.
